Minord's come bac bid fell short this evening as visiting Alexander defeated Minford 14-8. Minford has a pop-up game Wednesdasy at home vs. Chillicothe Huntington and travel to Southeastern Friday for sectional contest.

The Minford vs Huntington Ross will be a competitive game to watch and definitely one to help the Falcons prepare for Southeastern

I was in hospital, so I I missed game, but I heard Minford won 4-3. Tonight we have Southeastern. Should be another good one.

Minford (10-12, 7-9) captured a Div III Sectional Championship with a 3-2 win over Southeastern last night. Advance to Wed 5/19/21 5 pm meeting with Frankfort Adena (16-7, 9-5)
Minford toppled Huntington (12-10, 7-7) 4-3
Minford toppled Southeastern (16-10, 8-6) 3-2
Can the Lady Falcons knock-off 3 SVC teams in a row.

If the chronological pattern continues, they'll win 5-4. If the pattern considering the opposing team's league record continues, they'll win 2-1!

Minford season came to an end tonight at the hands of Adena 5- 2 on the 2- HR in the bottom of the 1st inning. Falcons ( 10- 12) lose 4 seniors but will return 14 players next season plus incoming freshman. Including 3 pitchers returnig on the mound that saw alot of time this season. I"m looking forward to next year.
