Pitched around Eaton with 2 outs and Boggs made them pay. Hit it out to dead center over the 225 foot marker.

That was a mistake. They should have taken their chances against Eaton with two outs. Boggs is too good to bring up with a runner on.

State champs. Back to back capping a perfect season at 32-0. Howard pitched a complete game two hit shut out.

Really impressive to go unchallenged on the way to a state title, especially in baseball/softball when anyone can have an off day, run into a hot pitcher, hit a bunch of atom balls, etc. Congrats to this group.
