Pfloyd......another great job. I trust your rankings more than the seedings that just came out. You actually have seen everyone play and have a better idea of who's better than who. Maybe more people should consult with you....lol!!

... LOL , as we talked last night at the game , we knew how it was going to turnout especially with the "online" voting vs the "face to face" meetings ... as Mr. Woodside said - "at some point you have to beat everyone" ...

looks good, everyone now has that chance to move up and move on,best time of year
for hoops, although portsmouth has 7 losses think they deserve the number 3 spot, oit of our 7 losses 2,was to division two fairland, two was to division 2 gahs ..last one was a double overtime loss ,two was to coal grove ,and one to burg ,all teams at the top of this list so that will only help the trojans playing that kind of compitition ,we have played well at the end of the year so hope it carries over at waverly, good luck to everyone and see you at the convo.sorry caps not working

also, want to give a shout out to our coaches ,not many gave this team a chance after we lost our two leading scorers from last year in kendal reynolds and mike malone along with a couple others, trojandave predicted after we watched summer ball that this team could win 15 to 17 games we have two games next week and stand with 13 wins right now,i cant say enough about what this staff does for the kids on and off the court, one of the best staffs around hands down

I guess that would be Wheelersburg, Miami Trace, Lynchburg.
I am not arguing pfloyds rankings - they are about as good as anyone's could be.
My point was, coming into this season, no one expected the Tigers to do this well - a .500 season at best. 15-6 with one game to play and they could easily be 19-2 (first Oak Hill game and Fairland). They have competed in every game.

I expected them to do well. Actually better than they have. Valley down. Minford down. Waverly always has one of the most athletic team around. Should have won the holiday classic. It will be interesting to see how they play in the tourney.

Who expected them to only be .500? I expected them to be probably a win better (didn't expect Jackson to make a big jump yet). They lost their scorer from last year, but returned a large portion of their team. I had mentioned how difficult our Sectional would be all summer long and it has proved to be right.

Pfloyd.. Sorry you were unable to make the Beasts. Another good day. Thanks to all who came and bought raffle tickets and tee shirts. All tee shirt money goes to the Tanner Harr family to help with expenses for his chemo treatment. Tanner a junior on the team has osteocarcinoma.
Next year will be the 10th annual Beasts and even if it is a lot of hard work it is for the kids and we will continue to to keep going.

... all of these are "L's" on the handy dandy pocket schedules , all are ranked in front of Waverly in part due to their wins over the Waverly's on THEIR schedules ... when it gets to be THIS time of the year it DOES come down to Wins and Losses not close wins or close losses ... I look at this as 6 opportunities to move up the rankings that went astray ... now tell me which of the other 10 teams in the top 15 you would put Waverly in front of based on the remaining schedule of wins for Waverly ... on a side note I thought Waverly would be a very good team when I saw them at the Super Shootout at Unioto during the summer ...

... the postponement opened the door to other issues coming up to keep me away - the Beasts of the Southeast IS the BEST mid season tourney out there ... what a great cause for the money as well ...
