If Minford can get past WTSD(Wheelersburg Traumatic Stress Disorder) they can compete for the league. Also let’s get ready for an onside kick.

West will be improved this year, then the next couple they should be even better.

They will surprise this year.
Line play will be a strength and there are some solid athletes. The speed disadvantages they have had will not be an issue for the foreseeable future, which should allow them to be more explosive on offense and better adept at defending the spread offenses about everyone runs.

I think everyone placing Oak Hill in last will once again be surprised this year. They return most starters on their defense, which was clearly their strong suit, holding Minford to 14 (7 being a punt return) and intercepting Waverly’s Shanks twice whenever he had 1 pick all year. They lose their backs but are pretty deep at that position, and 3/5 linemen return. Burg is still clearly the team to beat with Waverly in second, but after that the water is murky. Don’t forget Oak Hill has beaten Minford 2 of the last 3 years and it was very nearly 3 of the last 4. With the game returning to Oak Hill this year I don’t see why it’s crazy to consider them potential favorites in the game.

1. Wheelersburg
2. Waverly
3. Oak Hill
4. Minford
5. Valley
6. West

Waverly was in talks with Washington CH for week one so I guess that won’t happen now.
