Waverly (8-4) @ Miami Trace (9-2)

Post by TheOHIOBully »

Tuesday 1/13

#16 Waverly takes the long drive to face the #3 Panthers.

I believe Miami Trace will hold off Waverly for the win thoughts ?

First time being serious on here, if Kage plays well and takes good shots we should be ok, butttttt if he’s off and taking bad shots we might get 20 pieced real talk, you never know what ur gonna see with Waverly 😔

I will say Waverly played Trace super tough last year and it was a close game, and I believe they improved this year….i doubt Waverly loses by 20.

Miami Trace by 10, we are way too inconsistent, take bad shots, and can’t score a ton, but if we play well I would say we can take this one, seems to be a good game every year no matter what.

Miami Trace zone defense continues to be effective.

MT gonna be a hard team to beat if they play that much harder than their opponent every night.

Obviously helps to make some shots, but they scored off the top that they lost because of just playing harder.

Bowers (13), Guthrie (11), Phipps (9), Huffman (9) and Armstrong (8) have a really balanced attack.

Alexander led all scorers with 18, Sawyer Myers had 9 for Waverly as well.

Waverly will be fine, but MT looked really good tonight.

Waverly wasn’t a bad team, i thought they adjusted to zone pretty good they just didn’t knock down some shots….i agree i think Waverly will be fine.
