Seen where Warren blew away the 4x800 record
Logan finished with 6 points in the long jump- was a surprise to me.
Great job by Morris from Ironton in the Long Jump.
Wagner also broke the 300 record.(Marietta)
Robinson pulled the PV win out.
Hope the temp.is better for Saturday and the rain stays away

Looks like some good times that first day. I've gotta admit that 4x800 record by Warren is impressive. I have a feeling that will be around for a while...

Anyone know why Wiefrich of Marietta isn't running the 1600? The boys 1600 and 3200 races have the potential to be memorable races.

I would say Wief is focusing on the 2 mile race - not only for League but for the more important races to come.
He can push Nick and Tyler in the mile - but if they are fresh and they will be - he cannot beat them - as it stands now Nick and Tyler can cruise the mile and save more for later races - but I doubt they will - they both love to race.
A fresh Wief will be all Wilson wants in the 2 mile, should be a good race.

The old record was 13 years old.
