I havent seen much on Belpre and Wahama but here's my favorites.
106- D.Mays - NY - first by a bunch
113- Jackson - Ath - same as above
120 - Hallowell - Ath - Much Improved
126 - McGlaughlin SQ- NY - Too tough at 126
132 - Webster SQ- Trim - May not giver up a point
138 - Lazeer - ath - Won the Deno
145 - Hook SQ- NY - Tough wt class
152 - Stalder - Ath - Great Freshman
160 - Tritipo - Ath - Tough
170 - Mays SQ - NY - Skilled
182 - Sorrel - Ath - Stong wrestler
195 - Neece - Meig 3rd at Deno - tough wt class
220 - Mullins - Vinton Great record - 35+ - 2
285 - Douglas - Alex .. Returning TVC Champ
Any TVC wrestler's beat my favorites Head to Head?
If so please list them.

Looks like a good start. Jaime Barrett Belpre wins at 195.

Kand Roush from Wahama wins 152

8:00 AM weigh-ins
9:45 AM wrestling begins

As of 6:07 AM, weigh-ins at 10 and wrestling begins at 11:45.

Glad to see that the TVC schools super's are willing to allow their wrestlers to travel in the snow in winter. One SEOAL school's super pulled the plug on us. Don't know when they think we are going to make this up? Tomorrow is the sectional seed meeting! Believe it, or not, it does snow in winter!

VC and Wellston's Super's cancelled! Is tourny still on?

Results posted on Baums page. Athens 1st NY 2nd. 6 NY individual Champs, Athens 5 champs. Athens placed in every weight class but 170. Vinton and Wellston did not participate.

Great job of not having this tourny on a weeknight.

Good job Athens and NY....Near total domination.

Anyone else surprised the Athens kid wasnt tossed out of the tourny?
If he was my kid he wouldnt have wrestled anymore that day.

I wonder if the kid that got 2nd at 132 would have stuck around for awards if he would have got 1st? ( I have seen him do this before - but never when he's won)

Why did VC and Wellston not participate?

bus drivers would not drive! Also,parents were told they could not drive their own kids. Go figure!!!!!

VC also cancelled basketball game later sat. nite!

What's your point? This was NOT a dual meet, and Athens won, I believe Athens fared better in the Deno as well.

Wonder how many kids Athens put on the mat who use to, or still do for that matter, live in other school districts and attend other schools? Lets see, I can count 3 league champions off the top of my head from NY who fit that description.

So Heavy D, are you saying that Nelsonville needs to up their recruiting budget?

I didn't question who won. I stated the facts. And the Athens coach stated it yesterday. Athens won Congrats I am good with it.
