The season ended today as far as I am concerned.
Sad to see T.B. play so poorly today.

Not a good trade-off, to go from BCS participant
to be satisfied with making your season by beating
Michigan.

Oho State was made out to be a sham today on
a national stage. Mark May will be unbearable
to listen to on ESPN (he picked Illinois).

Face it. The Buckeyes couldn't handle the heat
in their own kitchen. They gagged on it. They
looked up and realized they weren't playing
Akron today and just plain blew it.

They weren't supposed to even be there
(third place pre-season Big Ten pick)
but they were and they couldn't deal with it.

Oh well? Baloney!

I guess this is showing a fans true colors... Your not feeling so loving toward your team now that they won't be playing in the national championship. Shame on you for calling yourself a fan.

Eh. I thought the defense for OSU today was completely awful. Everyone in the world knew Illinois was going to run during that last drive, and yet OSU's corners and safeties were way off the line of scrimmage.

Also, will OSU ever challenge a call on the field? That was obviously a fumble and a recovery in the endzone. Also, OSU had an INT that was called dual possession. That was terrible. Challenge a play for once!

The OSU/UM game should come down to OSU's response to the loss. I think everyone knows that if OSU plays their A+ game that OSU will win. However, I don't feel real good about it right now.

Despite what happened today Ohio State can and will beat Michigan. Yes the NC hopes are dashed, but we still can win a Big Ten Championship get a Rose Bowl berth. None of us are happy about the lose, but we are still in a great position to overachieve this season.
Im also looking at it this way there are a lot of games and conference championships to be played. If the stars aligned we might be able to slide in to a NC berth.

Thank you

Go Blue

Michigan and stay in the game if Henne is healthy and he hooks up with mario maningham

Mario wasnt thrown the ball enough earlier in the wisconicn game and they lost but when he did get the ball it was touchdown

I was wondering the same thing. I mean the play with the fumble. Heck the TV people were saying Illinois had better get the play off before the challenge. It was clearly a fumble.

I like Tressell but I was kind of questioning his play calling and management of the game yesterday. NO I couldn't do better, but even a little nobody like me could see some of that stuff wasn't working. I still support Tressell and the Bucks. The loss hurts but we will hopefully beat Michigan and get the Rose Bowl invite.

This will be a good game and the last time for the seniors to experience this game on the field. This is a game where records really doesn't matter and no matter how big a lead the other team can make a comeback. I hope OSU wins and the Team Up North gets the chance and plays the way you spelled another which didn't measure up.
