Amare Johnson, Grady Jackson, Drew Roe, Darionne Bryant, and Ethan Call on Portsmouth's 8th grade team. This is one of the better junior high teams that the Trojans have fielded in a while, and Johnson looks like he could be the starting PG on the Trojan varsity team by the time he's a sophomore. His ball handling is phenomenal for that level. Grandson of former Trojans Larry "Magic" Johnson (1980).

So far this year in the SOC Wheelersburgs #12 deserves to be in the list of top players. From what I've see 12 and 4 (Josh Clark) work very well together. Both can play defense very good but Clark has a problem with fouling and reaching. Masters don't foul as much and hustles on D and gets down the court with and without the ball. Masters can shoot the ball and get to the rim and yank down boards and can get his teammates great looks, if have the team could shoot the ball. Once they all get in sync they'll be thought to beat.
