actually , i'm getting the hang of this, computer running a little better now. i can see this format much better, with my bad eyes.

Look at the top of the page there is a thread on Pming. I am still figuring that part out.

Biggdowgg and I talked about this tonight as we watched Rose Hill play and we both are seriously thinking of killing Matt. Actually, we have agreed we're going to do it but we're arguing about how to go about it and where to dispose of his body. Dogg wants to kill him slowly and bury him in a field on US 23 between Portsmouth and Piketon. He's one sick puppy!

Me? I want to shoot him, 2 in the chest, 1 in the head and then..take him out in the Ohio River..place him in a wood box...fill it with hydraulic cement while we're out there and shove him off somewhere in the middle of the river.

I think I see you problem.

If you are clicking on the PM button at the bottom of someones post it is quoating what is said in that message.

Is that the problem you are having?

If you go to the inbox. look at the list on the left hand side. click on compose message.

Now to get to who you want to send it to I am still lost on. looks like you can add friends so their names are there to click on but other than that I think you have to search for it. I am stuill trying to figure this all out.

You couldn't hurt a Canadian with a deer slug! you need something far stronger than that..their skulls are twice as dense as the normal man

that may be what i'm doing wrong. i'll check it out. but you've recieved my pm's okay. but you are right , it's like theres a quote there.

Deleting PM's



Go all the way to the right of the screen

click on the small square boxes a check mark will appear.

go to the bottom of the page there will be a box that says mark/unmarked with a v. click on the v you will see delete message. click on that to highlight it then click GO.

it wall ask are you sure you want to delete these messages click yes

you are done.

On how to return to the forums from the PM section - click on the logo upper left [southeasternohiopreps.com and the 4 sports figures] - it worked for me.

Now - what is BBCode? Do I want it on or off? What does it do?

Another question - when I'm doing games and not sure of the time, I put 2 ?'s instead of numbers. This causes a stupid smiley to appear - so I have to click the "disable smilies" box on my posts, but if someone uses one of those posts as a "quote" the smiley is back in the places where I typed 2 ?'s! Under "options" at the bottom it says "Smilies are ON" - how do I turn them OFF permanently?
Also what does "subscribe forum" mean?

cag, when you turn smilies off you are only turning them off on your end. You wouldn't see them but everybody else would.

If you subscribe to a topic you will get a message every time a post is made in that topic. You can manage those in the user control panel.

I turned this on today and said what the H+++++++++++++++LL. I'm getting the hang of it and like it.

It's getting better, some things are hard to see. Maybe darken the colors on some of these items and it will be ok. It has taken a while to get used to, but it's going to be alright.
