Waverly is a tough place to play if they are still filling the house like they typically do. If the Tigers can limit the turnovers and take care of the ball, I think they can pull this one off. Waverly definately need the momentum going into the always tough DII tournament. Oak Hill needs to keep their heads up after the loss to NW or they may not even get a share of the SOCII.

Was Harrison Martin playing any for Waverly during the first meeting between these two?

If not, that could be the difference.

Can the Oaks bounce back after a loss to the Mohawks, I dont think so. Expect another heartbreaker for the Oaks. Tigers 52 vs Oaks 36

If Waverly plays like they did tonight they will beat the Oaks.

tigers2010,

totally agree with you. Waverly played with passion and intensity and even when they were down big, the did not back down. They outscored the Cavs in the 3rd qtr and scored more pts on us then most teams have all year. Good luck to the Tigers against Oak Hill and the tourney. If they can take care of the ball, they can be dangerous.

GO CAVS!!!

Senior night at Waverly tomorrow night. Will be interesting to see which 5 seniors start and how the other 3 are worked in at the begininng.

I have to agree about the Martin boy. He is a dandy for a freshman and could make a big difference in this matchup. Add that to the fact that it's senior night at Waverly and I think the Tigers come away with the victory.
