All I can do is speak for Waverly:
Harrison Martin
26 points in game 1 against Minford
22 points in game 2 against Rock Hill
I don't keep other stats so I don't know about rebounds, steals, blocks, etc.

Way to early to even speculate on this subject. Hell most of the teams have only played one or two league games. Wait until sometime in early February to talk about this.

The question was what players to watch, not who you think is the POY.

I would think JD Hale from Oak Hill would have to be on the radar in SOC2.

Would love to see him win the award one of my favorite players to watch...unfortunately this award is based alot on scoring and he might be the most unselfish player in the area...by far the best point guard.

Ondera-Oak Hill
or
Stegman-Burg
Both putting up some good numbers

SOC2 -Onedera(OH) or Stegman(Burg)
SOC1 = Tibbs(SV), Shanks(Western), or if Bryan Osborne from Eastern Pike continues his great play into the SOC1 games, he could get serious consideration.

I guess we will see who the top dog is on Friday night , when Ondera and Stegman go head to head. But it will be more like Hale vs. Stegman both post players

are there any of these guys that will move on to play College beside Stegman. From what I have seen no one in the league is ready to play college except maybe if they play at Shawnee or Maybe Rio any thought?

No others even come close.......Wow!!
I think in SOC 1,Tibbs from SV,Osborne from Eastern, and others would have something to say about that.
As far as the Big division,I believe Ondero,Borden, and Hale from Oak Hill, along with Martin from Waverly,oh yeah theres a guy named Leslie from Northwest just to name a few that might say they "come close" Come on,you have to give these other kids a chance. But in the end My guess is each leagues champion best player will win the award.
