The Oaks shut down Stegman and the Pirates at Oak Hill earlier this season, but this time it's at "The Burg". Everyone knows that the Pirates can beat about anybody on their home floor.
Both teams picking up key SOC wins tonight, Wheelersbug beat Minford and Oak Hill clobbered Valley. I predict a very tight game. Winner? I'm not gonna guess. Too close to call.

The game is too early to talk about because Burg plays Gallia Academy tomorrow night. We have to worry about this game first before Pirate thoughts can be focused on Oak Hill.

The Pirates will focus on getting a win over a very athletic Gallia team before worrying about the Oaks.

Well the Oaks are focusing on the Pirates right now and I say the Oaks win by around 15

This will be a tough one but I am going to go out on a limb and say Oak Hill probably gets this one. You never know when it is actually game time but on paper it looks like the Oaks should pull it out.

This game will be alot closer at Wheelersburg. I think OH has a slight edge but you can't underestimate the effect the home crowd will have. Should be a great game.

i agree. who in the world are you foolin. this will be a great game between 2 excellant soc teams. i see this bein a very close game

what time does the pairings come out today. wonder where burg will get

If the Pirates don't play any better that they have the last three games, two of those were losses and one a very sloppy and ugly win over Gallia Academy, then this game will end up like Valleys loss to the Oaks.

Good luck to the Pirates. Win this one and you are in the drivers seat for another SOC II title.

burg will control the tempo and that will keep the score down. only problem with a "control tempo" game is that burg is controlling the tempo but they are not scoring on their possesion. scoring is a real problem for the pirates. oaks should win but tempo will keep the differential resonable. probably oaks by 15.

The burg don't impress me on offense. They try to win every game on defense. Thats why they only average 40 some points per game. Oak Hill should win this game by 15 if not more. I look for them to pack the paint shut down Stegman and force the burg to shoot three's. Look at their last game 31-26 against Gallia? Oak Hill will not be affected by the crowd. I been to their home games and when they are cold shooting the crowd sets on their hands and waits for something good to happen before they get loud. Oak Hill will have to have their starting five in a coma and shoot like Minford 20% for this to be a loss.

I am expecting a beatdown by the O town tomorrow night. Oak Hill is peaking at the right time and the Oaks can not wait to put it on the Burg again.

hopefully it will be a better game than the last one. Oak Hill is going to come out and pack their zone in tight just like the first because they can't guard wheelersburg man to man. Wheelersburg needs to have a couple of players other than Andy step up and score in this game or it will be over real fast
