League opener for both squads. Huntsmen come in at 1-1, while the Streaks are 1-0. The Oven should be rockin' and rollin' tonight. GO STREAKS!

The Chef don't know much about the Huntsmen, but remembers they have some big boys that play near the basket and The Bear will be grumbling from the sidelines. Its the home opener for the Streaks and the Chef will have the home fires stoked on high for this one. Seems like this game always has some type of drama too it whether its in the Township or at The Oven. Over the past couple years fans get tossed after stealing ball from referees, parents come out of the stands to confront referees, fans walk across middle of court to talk to score timers, debated half court shots, player sideline collisions with the coach and all this in the last couple years. And by the way, the games are usually good ones. Usually worth the $5 bucks and how can you turn away from The Chef's homecooking.

I got to see Huntington this summer. Unless they were missing some excellent players, Piketon will demolish them. They were not very good. I believe Clay beat them by 10 or so in a foundation game a few weeks back. Piketon by 20+.

Piketon "should" demolish the Huntsmen, but like The Chef said, they are usually very good games. It always seems like Piketon brings out the best in Huntington.

That being said, I think with it being the home opener for this fantastic Redstreaks ballclub, that this won't be the close game of the season between these two, I look for the game in the township to be much closer. Piketon by 14+

Piketon wins 77 to 47, congrats to Piketons Evan Legg on his 1,000 point.

Swarming defense by the Redstreaks. It seemed like there were 6 or 7 defenders on the floor. The team depth will cause problems for a lot of teams. Congrats to Evan on his 1,000th!
