I think the Lancers will get into the Win Column Friday night.

Fed Hock played strong during the first half against both Eastern and Waterford. Once they learn to play 4 good quarters of basketball, they should start rolling. Reduce the turnovers and the W's will follow.

Both teams looking to get into the win column, Belpre is 0-4 and Fed Hock is 0-2. If its the Belpre team that played against Warren, i think Belpre should win this game by 5-9 points. But if its the Belpre team that showed up against Southern, they could lose by that many. Hopefully Belpre gets the first 'W' of the season tomorrow night in Stewart! GO EAGLES!

I hope this game gets played, only if the roads are in good condition though.

If Belpre can keep the intensity that they showed against Warren, then I'd give Belpre the win. Erik Waderker is coming off the best game I've seen him play, Steven Francis did outstanding on the boards, and Ryan Leasure is starting to show an inside presence. This should be a great game for Drew Nestor to get back to the way he has been playing. At Warren the other night he had a tough night. Hopefully Rashawn Miller can find his shot, as he has been struggling thus far this season. Federal Hocking should be weaker than us in the guard area, so I hope we can exploit the mismatches.

I look for the Lancers to come out fired up in what will be their first home game of the season. FH by 15.

Federal Hocking has already closed their schools for Friday so not sure if game will be played or not.

Fed plays whether school is held or not.

Belpre schools now closed Friday so I doubt very much that game will be played.

more time for the transfers to clear.

Federal Hocking does not have the "no school/no play" policy. I don't know about Belpre.

Belpre won 58-50. The Lancers are not clicking right now. No flow to the offense, ball handling is shaky, and the defense is also suspect. An 0-3 start is not what FH had in mind, but the season is still young and they have plenty of time to correct their problems. This team is very young and they need to learn from their mistakes and move on to Tuesday vs. Nelsonville-York.
