New Boston 0-13(0-20)

Eastern is 3-1 in league games against New Boston and Western they have to make up but the game against Western in holiday tournament doesn't count towards league play

Notre Dame is 13-1 overall. 8-1 in SOC.

Notre Dame got a nice non league win over a good South Point team last weekend..the same Pointers squad that beat Portsmouth! Notre Dame has another tough one tomorrow against another one of southeastern Ohio's best teams when they play Minford. Eastern travels to Symmes Valley Friday to take on the Vikings. SV won the first matchup at Eastern 64-61. Both go into the game with 2 losses..both need win to stay one game behind Notre Dame.

Two very good teams going at it with Minford pulling out a 53-40 road win over Notre Dame.

Minford has a very nice and talented team -- by far the best team we have seen in the regular season and it will most likely stay that way. Minford jumped on ND early in the first quarter and ND coud not close the gap as the rest of the game progressed.Hopefully this game prepares the Titans for the tough SOC I games coming up and tournament play.
I would love to see the next Minford - Valley game. Please let me know when it is. Good luck Minford and Good luck Notre Dame.

Minford travels to Valley Friday 2-14, but with all these cancellations :122246 , hard to tell if that will be the date.

Eastern now has 2 league games this weekend..Fri.Jan 31 vs Green and Saturday Feb.1 vs New Boston both at home. The Zane Trace game that was scheduled for Saturday has been postponed for now to try and get these league games in.

Yes the make up with NB Saturday and still have to make up one vs Western. Haven't herd any date on Western game.

Only league game played this week was ND vs Western with ND winning 53-41. East got a non league win over Ironton St.Joe 66-64 in overtime. Brown a freshman for the Tartans had a big night with 35 points. Looks like teams will actually get some games in this weekend. Very big week for every team as the tournament draw is a week from Sunday on Feb.9

Easter still has two games with Western. The 4th, and the 7th. Only the game on the 4th is a makeup.
