Boys it’s gonna be a hot one in da burg Friday night.

Short gym will help burg in this one, they aren't in basketball shape yet. If they can hold roberts to under 20, I think they have a shot in this one.

Green held Roberts to 4 and lost by 26. Burg still a tough place to win at. Give me the Jeeps by 14. Did burgs cheerblock transfer to Webster too?

If Burg holds roberts to 4, Burg wins. Burg has a nice rotation of 8 players.

Burg was 4/24 from 3 Vs Waverly. Outrebounded 30 to 25. Both must change to get the W.

Waverly is very, very down. And their most experienced player is out with an injury. They will likely finish 8th or 9th in the league.

Nonetheless, it’s a good road win for Burg especially considering it was their first game. Waverly is never an easy place to play.

Wheelersburg will definitely surprise people this season.

5 turnovers vs 20 for Waverly. Zero players with previous varsity minutes showed itself.

Waverly missed 7 straight free throws in the 4th to finish 14/24 from the line. They were down 7 in that stretch.

Those fouls were definitely from not being in basketball Shape. A ton of reaching by burg on the Waverly kids.

Burg better grow some legs by Friday. The Jeeps are gonna run em out of the gym.

I'll take Burg beating Webster by 6-8. Burg will have a good defensive plan. I thought Burg was discipline against Waverly and were the better coached team. I don't look for this to be a lot different against SW even though they are MUCH more talented than Waverly. SW is definitely dangerous but they aren't going to be as dominate as I thought they were going to be this year.

You can’t run anyone out of Burgs gym. Too small.

Give me Webster by 10+. Burg just doesn't have the star power in order to win. Webster will run them to death and then some.
