I have benn told at the board meeting this week, they are not rehiring libby crothers as the head girls basketball coach. They had a lot of talent this year and she didnt pull through i guess.

Brett Coreno is the new Head Girls Basketball Coach at Piketon. I believe it was a good move and Brett will do a fine job with the girls.

Good hire. Coach Coreno knows the game and will do a great job. What does Piketon have coming back and up through the junior high?

He without making a mistake, let him cast the first stone! I think it was different BOE and the fact he is a teacher in the school and has support in the right places.
I think its a good hire, and I'm told he and Lisath is working close together to get both programs at a winning level.

WE all make mistakes and nobody is throwing rocks. However, if it doesn't work in round #2, Piketon will look foolish. We all deserve second chances, but in coaching that rarely comes in the same place.
