I expected this team to be pretty bad, but the young team is playing decent basketball. They don't have anything for Unioto or Huntington, but should be pretty competitive in the other conference games. Macie Graves is a good one. Freshman Carissa Wheeler has contributed a lot in her first 2 games. She's a phenomenal athlete, and basketball is probably her 3rd best sport, but only expect her to get better. Cidney Huff is also playing well.

I expected the Panthers to get the first two wins, and they did just that. Sounds like they let one slip away at Piketon the other night. Their size will make it hard for teams in the SVC to score against them. They should keep improving as the season goes along. Looks like there isn't much separating SE, Piketon, Adena, PV, and Westfall, Should make for some close, exciting games in the league. Should be fun to watch.
