Minford girls have been bitten by the injury bug early and already have an SOC loss. Another loss for the Minford girls will make it extremely tough to stay in the running to repeat as SOC champs.

Do you know how the Minford vs Northwest matchup last Thursday turned out? I haven't seen a score.
Waverly lost to Eastern Brown 2-0 Saturday. But the bad news was we lost yet another key starter to injury.

Minford won both games. I believe girls was 2-0 and boys was 3-0?
There have been a lot of injuries so far this season all around. How many starters has Waverly lost?

Waverly currently has two starters out, both with concussions. I'm not sure when they are expected back.

I haven't seen every team play, but I would extend that to the entire southeastern district. He's gotta be top 3 at least.

Starting to see the schedule thin out as teams start taking their breaks.
Wheelersburg takes the girls game with Fairland.
Minford over west
Webster over valley
Waverly takes the girls game
Northwest takes the boys
Piketon's woes continue
And clay wins by 2-3 over Faurland.

Boys
Minford 3 West 0
West managed to get 8 shots off but couldn't break through. The game was at 1-0 till a pk was issued about halfway through the second half.
Girls
Minford 5 West 0
Minford has some great shooters. West had some good looks but couldn't finish, and were playing with only 11.
