I don't believe so, we haven't seen an SOC list either.

They publicly won’t release either till teams are finished. Generally District won’t come out till State Tourney time.

Coaches are free to tell their players who earned all District, but it won’t be released to the media until later on and sometimes doesn’t get released until the District All Star games.
