Who has the best high school baseball venue in each league/conference?

SOC I

SOC II

TVC - Hocking

TVC - Ohio

PVC

Any I missed?

Washington CH is gorgeous for the fans.
Unioto is outstanding as well.

Haven't been to Northwest in a few years, but it used to be amazing. I hope it still is.

Out of the TVC Ohio fields I've been to, Athens was my favorite. Although, I'm sure people will say Meigs and there's nothing wrong with that.

Rock Hill is the nicest in the OVC, especially with the new turf, and it's really not even close, outside of Gallia.

Gotta have Rock Hill at the top. I've been to Portsmouth, Oak Hill and GA multiple times but nothing beats RH

Athens Meigs have the best fields in the TVC

PVC: Fort Frye

Stadium chair back seating all around the backstop area, with elevated area for lawn chairs. Not a bad seat in the house.
Trees for shade in hot weather. Right along the Muskingum River, so there's usually a nice breeze blowing.
nice dugouts, grass infield. Screened fence around the outfield. Press box above third base dugout.
Nice concession stand with Burgers, brats, and dogs hot off the grill.
American Legion Post 389/750 team also uses the field for home games.

I used to love playing at Branch Rickey Park in Portsmouth back in the day ... played vs PHS there, as well as played American Legion ball there in the summers ... some great memories playing in that historic stadium ...

Completely agree. Played Legion there and loved the atmosphere. Even took in some Portsmouth Explorer games. SSU needs to sink some money into that place and really bring back it's greatness. With a name like Branch Rickey Park, you would think the city or someone would vest a little more time and money into it and Spartan Stadium, both venues are basically landmarks that have been kicked to the side by Portsmouth. Would love to see SSU take over both and bring college football to the area along with renovations to Branch Rickey, could turn that place into a great place to watch games again.

Waterford too short of fences, but they have updated a lot

Probably wouldn't consider it se ohio for most, but beavers field in Lancaster is beautiful.

Just because the fences are short doesn't mean it isn't the best. Belpre doesn't have a mound on either side for pitchers to warm up on.

very accurate as far as OVC goes. Although Portsmouth outfield after a rain is very thick, singles city lol

Hocking would definitely be Waterford.... although Eastern also has a nice place to play. I would say Waterford though just because of the new renovations. That fence is just so shallow though

you know, I'm not sure I've ever paid attention to what FC's baseball field even looks like. Odd how many times i've been back there and not really noticed.. ill have to check it out next time I'm back in ohio

That's a nice field. Dead center is deep

As far as playing surface and grass goes, Symmes Valley by far has the best surface my team played on all year. Seating not great, but field is beautiful.
