d3 girls Sectional/District outlook

Who are the favorites to advance to regional/state?
Burg, Minford, Coal Grove,Rock Hill,Ironton, to name a few I would say have shot at Regionals, some others that would I'd guess being District teams are Piketon (Lost alot,but still have Alexander on the mound),Oak Hill is very young but lots of talent, Oaks have 1 Junior on roster, the rest of team are freshman and sophomore including there freshman pitcher. Huntington with Kellough pitching is capable of playing with anyone in area,they also have some pop in lineup.. Wellston,Meigs and Alexander should all be solid as well.
Those are a few I expect to contend,I'm sure there are a few I left out. Division 3 pretty good this year
