Congratulations to the Morgan softball team on winning the program's first-ever sectional title.
Freshman Malayni Clemens' two-out RBI single in the bottom of the seventh propelled the Morgan Lady Raider softball team to a 3-2 win over Meadowbrook in the D-!! Sectional final at Morgan.
Clemens also got the win in the circle allowing two earned runs on three hits with nine strikeouts and two walks.
Morgan advances to the District semi-finals to play top-seeded John Glenn on Monday, May 17.
