Re: Will Tiger win The Masters?????
Although he may be the favorite, the field better get him before he gets too hot b/c he is going to "lap" the competition when he finally gets his balance and timing completely together along with his touch game. I'd call him 80% right now but hey he said he was playing at 80% for the past 3 seasons or so. And we all saw what he did at about 40% in the last 2 Open rounds last year. I say no but in he loses a heartbreaker, then comes the Open........runaway! But he may win the Masters by 10, who knows???

What I would love to see is Tiger and Nicklaus in his prime tee it up with equal equipment. 72 holes, winner take all.

Now the Bear would have something for Tiger.
I think that he will win the masters. After seeing his game come together over the last 3 events look out.
When sunday Tiger shows up to tee off it might be over!!!!!

Throw in Ben Hogan and Sam Snead and you could have a skins game for the ages. I do agree that the Bear would probably have a little something for Tiger. Tiger has a long way to go in my book to earn that "best ever" claim that sportcenter is so willing to handout. I bet Tiger would agree, which makes him even more special. 20 majors won't do it for me either. How many times was Jack second along with those major victories?? Consistancy!!!!!! Golf is a game of consistancy therefore the most consistant player has to be the best. Although Hogan won 13 straight.......and nearly died in an auto accident and won his next event out after a lifethreatening layoff.

It would be evan better if they played it at Agausta!!!!!!

If he hits fairways, then yes.
We all know he is the best clutch putter, but if he can't find the fairway, he's in trouble.
I look for an older player to win it this year.

Re: Will Tiger win The Masters?????
I'd take Tiger against the field in this one. He hasn't had a great year so far, but i'd look for him to win the Shell Open that's going on right now. That would give him two strong wins going into Masters weekend.
If Tiger doesn't take it, Phil will. He setting himself up for a big year with two wins already, he probably takes atleast one major this year and very possibly two.

Tigers not in the shell open.
And Phil is back to running scared now. Phil can't win if Tiger is in the feild cause it scares him.
As for not having a great year so far.......
He has entered 3 events since comming back from knee surgery. He is 1 for 3. Thats pretty good. Lets see phil do better.

Hadn't heard that Tiger was out. Thanks for the update. I knew Tiger had been out for most of the winter. I think his injuries should slow him on and off this year, but i wouldn't look for him to miss any majors and he should perform very well in all of those.

His knee is great. He said this is the best he has ever felt!!!!
I really don't think anything will slow him down this year. I say he wins 2 maybe 3 majors this year. You never know whats going to happen at the Masters, because some one always comes out of nowhere and wins but don't count him out.
Come sunday he might hit a big birdie or an eagle and then the croud starts rouring. The rest of the feild starts playing not to lose and then you know its over.

Thank you about my name
Well Kenny is in a good mind set and if he does what he has done the past 3 rounds he will have a great chance.
Very excited to see the final round today...

I thought it was sad to see Player and Fuzzy walk up to 18 for the last time.
