5. Shenandoah (18-6) vs 3. Fort Frye (17-7) 2/28 Districts
Any Idea where this will be played?
Fort Frye beat the Zeps by 6 and 10 in the reg season.
Zeps knocked off 1 seed Steubenville Cath in OT.

Meadowbrook seems like an obvious choice with Cambridge also in the running.

The Game will be at Morgan. Meadowbrook is hosting D-III Garaway vs Bellaire and Cambridge is hosting D-II Maysville vs Dover

Good choice South of McConnelsville along the river on Oh. 376.

It would not surprise me if quite a few Morgan fans also attended the game.

I think out of all the Zanesville schools this is a pretty odd choice. McConnellsville is in the middle of nowhere.

It is around a 25 minute trip for #3Fort Frye and a 50-55 minute trip for the #5Zeps. It all depends who is willing to host games. I have not talked to the AD yet. I'm guessing that since the Morgan girls were eliminated on Saturday at Garaway and Philo, John Glenn and Maysville girls will be playing that same night in D-II they asked Morgan to host. D-II and D-III Morgan is the southern-most school in the District.
Re: 5. Shenandoah (18-6) vs 3. Fort Frye (17-7) 2/28 Districts
Given all the times our teams and fans have had to drive to Steubenville or New Philadelphia for basketball tournament games, I am not going to complain if we get one that's next door for once.
Re: 5. Shenandoah (18-6) vs 3. Fort Frye (17-7) 2/28 Districts
Amen to that.
Too many two hour trips to Steubenville for basketball, and another thirty minutes above that to Toronto for baseball.

Re: 5. Shenandoah (18-6) vs 3. Fort Frye (17-7) 2/28 Districts
12-0 run from 12-18 to 24-18 was key.
Re: 5. Shenandoah (18-6) vs 3. Fort Frye (17-7) 2/28 Districts
Good for the seniors from Shenandoah getting to extend their season. Fort should be better in a year - probably 2 years away from serious damage in tourney action.

I don't have a score, but Shenandoah did defeat Malvern today to win their first ever district championship.
