Is Holden Blankenship not allowed to play yet or am I missing something? He was dressed tonight. Looked fine warming up

Good game. Fun game.

Vinton County played very hard and really competed for nearly 3 quarters. Montgomery went for 15 and a banged up Arbaugh hit 13. Role players everywhere. Well coached, play clean. Absolute best of luck rest of the way.

Jackson just kept a lead of 10-13 points seemingly forever and then BOOM....Wallis, Donaldson, HAMMOND! Caden Donaldson for the 2nd time this year hit 3 3’s in a game and he was everywhere on defense and on the boards. Wallis fooled me with 31, felt like 25-27 lol. Hammond barely touched court in first half had 9 big points in the 3rd qtr/early 4th. Winters/Bragg/Spires all with 6, Brown/Kuhn each with 5. Woodard chipped in 2 to round out the scoring for the Ironmen.

Jackson had probably their top 2 highlights of the season with Caleb Wallis getting pounded while trying to reel in a pass on the sideline and gathered and went in and did the fastest spin move I’ve ever seen between 2-3 players for the dish to Spires for the bank swish lay in.....then Hammond got crap full of everything and followed big a strong for and and 1 dunk....got the crowd jamming (punny).....Jackson basketball gets a dunk every decade, we got this one early in this decade.

Good talking to Pfloyd for our exit to the car recap. We definitely watched the same game.

Jackson moves to 16-2. Jackson Ironmen basketball is 16-2.

This is fun.

Didn’t think he was a go yet? Been doing warmups mostly left handed I thought. Be great to get him back for yet another piece of depth but definitely don’t want to rush anything.

I am going to say this...this is by far the best Jackson basketball team I have ever seen!

In fact, I have seen pretty much everyone in pFloyd top 8, with the exception of Chillicothe (they're DI anyways, so I don't care) Jackson is the best team in this district. If they don't win this district, wow...I don't know. Coach Marrow is a genius, he knows what he is doing, (except when he hollers at yours truly at the scorer's table, doesn't he know who he is talking to...) But anyway, he had us scouted, he was prepared, they had players that don't normally knock down shots, knocking down shots, so they handed us a little payback from the 2016-2017 season. Kudos...

So this day forth I am on the Jackson bandwagon... you will see me in the Convo in red and white, it is the regionals or bust.

I think many people would be pretty surprised at Caden Donaldson’s 3 point % this season. He shoots them as needed and he’s been money.
