pfloyd: Myself and biggdowgg have had face to face conversations with you about your rankings over the years, and you know this isn't the first time we have disagreed with you about them. You knew the day was coming when biggdowgg and I would say enough is enough, and was time to call you out on SEOPS. As I said earlier, one year you dropped us 15 spots after 1 loss, and after biggdowgg and I mentioned it to you, you thought it was no big deal. You say that PHS has scoring issues, then what about the other 39 teams? None of them have scoring issues? So scoring issues start at #40?

I stand by my original post and maintain that you have not been fair to Portsmouth over the years, and I'll take all the criticism and hate that comes with it. It's much easier to be a kiss butt groupie and agree with the masses, but I prefer to take the road less traveled, thinking and acting independently......and most importantly, being honest about my feelings.

Biggdowgg did not call pfloyd or anyone else a racist. He used it as a general term which doesn't specify a particular individual, but instead refers to some things that have been said on this site over the years that could be classified as such.

BBJunky81: I read your post, and you're wrong to say that I insinuated racism. Nowhere in any of my posts did I use that word or infer a reference to such. Your false accusations are much worse than me disputing Pfloyd's rankings.

Hopefully everyone will stay healthy and the kids will be able to get to the finish line of the basketball season.

My comment concerning 'racism' being thrown around, like many others who commented, was directed towards biggdogg.. I should have clarified that when posting.

I still wholeheartedly disagree with your post and wish you wouldn't have posted it.

You want to make the claim that pfloyd has obvious bias towards Portsmouth, but perhaps your own individual bias with Portsmouth has impacted your decision making even more so than his assumed bias.

Disagreeing is OK. It happens with literally every sports ranking out there. Scaring a valued and respected poster away just because you don't agree is rather unfortunate for the hundreds (thousands?) of posters, players, and community members who look forward to his rankings week in and week out.

To start with biggdowgg I never said one darn time Coach Collins needed to jump up stomping, or screaming like a banjo....I said Everytime I look over to the bench he's sitting there saying nothing!! Even when the other teams schooling them...I've seen plenty coaches coach without screaming but very few who sit entire game without saying much....As far as the race card being throwed out that's expected with today's media and society pushing that crap! People are sick of it it....Nothing racist about being ranked 40!!!

Alright ProphylaxisDave (AKA TrojanDave), Looks like you got a new gig. We all at SEOPS expect you and your minion little puppy to have a list compiled within 24 hours and to maintain it as the season goes on. You are expected to keep the work up and to be ready at all times to backup your rankings. All while being fair and unbiased.

What is the over and under on how long he/they can keep it up....I say zero!! They have not the fortitude nor knowledge to make 1 darn list! and if they try, I would assume it would be a closely plagiarized version of one already existing; except Portsmouth's spot of course, I mean after all, they did have at least once last year where they almost beat a top tiered team.....

Littlepuppy before you edited your post it was HEAVILY implied that Floyd is racist apparently against just Portsmouth because they were ranked middle of the pack. Which I guess Average isn’t good enough for the preseason poll.

Ironman 92 , I disagree with your rankings, Portsmouth should be no better than 46 with Western , or Western(SOC1) school should be tied with Portsmouth at 33 western tied Portsmouth in a scrimmage a few days ago.Teams 34-45 I really couldn’t see Portsmouth even playing 500 with those teams. Portsmouth plays number 50 West Unionand 51 Portsmouth West 52 Rock Hill , let’s see how that works out for them.
