Yes Trimble has had the better team last 4yrs this year was way closer than the score and last was14-0 Waterford is competing now . Waterford is on the right track and can trip up Trimble every few years IMO
Come on man! Wateford beat Trimble 3 times in 2 years with their best teams in history. Trimble has ripped off 4 in a row. It's back to normal in the Hocking with Trimble winning it and everyone else just happy to score on them.
What I was getting at is this is the best coaching staff Waterford has had , take fares from Trimble and Huck from fort and I think the last 10 yrs would be different
Huck started out with a great run of athletes. As those start to wane so will the competitiveness with Trimble. It started 4 years ago the the first of 4 wins in a row for Trimble. BTW Waterford was 5-5 last year and had 2 losses in the Hocking. The down hill slide continues.

If you only want to go back the last 10 years I guess Trimble was down. Dig a little deeper and you would find Trimble would have loved an average year of 8-3 or 9-3. And as for Huck he absolutely took over a mess at the fort and made it what it was today smh

The 18 19 teams probably are the best. 18 state runner up, 19 got bumped to D6 and lost by 1 to the D6 state runner up on a long hook and lateral 4th down conversion

I don't know anything about Huck, but I can tell you when Trimble loses to any TVC Hocking team it's a down year for them, and a great year for whatever Hocking team beats them. He11 it's a down year for them whenever a Hocking team scores on them in recent years. LOL

May be, but this years team is not. An average at best, more likely below average, NY team held them to 7 points. Yet they beat Waterford soundly.

Just hope this isn’t a 1 and done series. Let’s play this game every year.

I think

Fort Frye
Trimble
Warren
Nelsonville
Athens
Waterford
Marietta

Should all be in 1 league.

NY is not going to join a league that includes Wateford, or any other Hocking team aside from Trimble. Actually, Trimble should be playing football in the TVC Ohio.

With 16 teams making it in the playoffs TVC should stop wasting its time with River Valley and add Fort Frye.

Only schools that didn’t want Fort Frye in were Wellston , VC , River Valley and South Gailia. Teams they just don’t want to get better. I’ll give VC credit they are improving. South Gallia left why not revote? Losing one game won’t kill you and beating a Fort Frye would give you a game with huge points on the line.

Why though? Waterford has been good over last 10 years and gives you solid points. Waterford better at most the other sports?

I agree. NY voted yes, and they voted yes for Warren to come in. In fact, they've voted yes on everyone who's recently asked to join the Ohio except RV. But you are correct, the teams that vote no are scared to try to improve or play anyone any good. Other than one season RV has been awful and will continue to be and it takes for ever to get there and the facility, though new, is more suited for the Hocking than the Ohio. Furthermore, RV and SG have the same superintendent, so when the supers vote they should only count as one, but they get to vote twice. Doesn't make sense if you ask me. Do the expect the person to vote yes and no on the same issue? Just stupid, but many things in the TVC make no sense, so...

Just not going to happen in football at least. Maybe in the other sports, but not football.

Trimble would not want this either they have owned the hocking and Ohio

Now that's funny right there. Trimble has never played in the Ohio and off the top of my head I can only remember them beating NY once in the last decade when NY won the Ohio. During that time Trimble hasn't played anyone else in the Ohio. It's a lot easier to get up for one game than it is to face the bigger schools week in and week out. So, to say Trimble has "owned the Ohio" is laughable.

Guffey. Hes played some but hasn't been used a lot. He's probably their best player. Got hurt during summer basketball
This is also funny because if he's hurt, then why is he still in game up 21 with under 3 min to go vs waterford?
Yes VC was licking their chops to play Trimble because they knew if they could stop QB run left and QB run right they would shut them down. Too bad the game got cancelled. I wonder if the QB was one of the starters they had out.
Trimble would have beaten the brakes off of VC. All I know is saying alls you have to do is stop the QB run is much easier than actually doing it. Ask anyone who's played us this year. If anyone does ever stop it they'll quickly find out about all the other weapons the Cats have. So good luck if that's your game plan. Just saying.

You can say that, though NY has a huge win to loss margin over Trimble while Wateford is the opposite. Order is quickly being restored and for the foreseeable future Wateford will be happy to even score on Trimble while Trimble will be happy to beat NY once every now and then.

I guess I didn’t realize the juggernaut that ny was when they ghosted fort in azz beating in the grass

Yea, we ducked FF and picked up lowly Newark Catholic  Meanwhile, didn't I read where Fort had a chance to play Ridgewood but wouldn't return the call? Answer the phone.
