Looking for Basketball Officials

[Eastern Basketball]

We are looking to hire basketball officials for some scrimmages and shootouts taking place at Eastern High School this summer. Dates are listed below, if you are interested please contact Coach Kight at dkight@easternlocal.net or 740-418-6125.

June 16th Jr. High Boys Shootout, starting at 9:00am
June 19th Varsity Scrimmage, starting at 10:00am
June 23rd Jr. High Girls Shootout, starting at 9:00am
June 28th Varsity Scrimmage, starting at 5:00pm

This is great! Getting good officials is so important for these summer events, especially for development. It's good to see Eastern High School being proactive. I bet those Jr. High shootouts can get pretty intense, almost like a… well, maybe not quite crazy cattle 3d intense, but you get the idea! Finding refs who are reliable and know the rules well makes a huge difference in player development and ensuring fair play. Hopefully Coach Kight gets a lot of responses from qualified individuals. It's a really cool opportunity for refs to get some experience during the off-season.
