Cam West will be the Tri-Valley HS Principal for the 2025-26 school year.
Josh Wright will be taking over as the Head Football Coach.

Wright brings nearly three decades of coaching experience and a history of leadership and
development in high school football programs across Ohio. His coaching career includes:

• 28 years of coaching experience
• Hamilton Badin High School, Class of 1993
• Capital University, Class of 1997
Coaching History:
• Lakota West High School (1997 – Junior High; 1998–2000 – Freshman)
• Badin High School (2001–2003 – Varsity Assistant)
• Tri-Valley High School (2004–2007 – Varsity Assistant)
• Berne Union High School (2008–2009 – Head Coach)
• Philo High School (2010–2023 – Varsity Assistant)
• Tri-Valley High School (2024 – Varsity Assistant)
Coach West expressed full confidence in Wright’s leadership, stating, “Coach Wright has the
experience, character, and passion to lead our football program. I’m confident the team won’t
miss a beat under his direction.”

Coach Wright will do a fine job & keep the Scotties as one of the best teams in their region. It is baffling though, to see TV going with their 4th Head Coach in 7 years. They have done well to maintain what Buttermore built, but it's a wonder to see if their trajectory would've been much different had they hired the right guy to begin with when JB moved on to Granville.
