That isn’t COVID money. It is DPIA money which is for student wellness, overcoming learning obstacles, and mental health. Just look it up. COVID money was gone several years ago. This is based on poverty levels in districts.
It’s going to be a wellness center for a reason, students wellness, every student in school will be able to use it, get over it lol.

That’s awesome it is open to everyone. Indoor soccer is a big thing to a lot of schools. Yes, the rings look good.
