I have to give it to Minford; they've been competitive in all of their games so far this year. Great effort, and as this team grows, I can definitely see them having a good season within the next couple of years.

Did you see the game? If so, what's your assessment of Circleville? Pfloyd has them at No. 5. I see them as more like No. 15 or so.

I didn't watch this game, but I watched the Washington CH vs. Circleville game. Circleville won 57-31, and Washington CH is a decent team despite losing their past 2 games against Oakwood and Circleville, of course. Circleville can really shoot it, although it does look like they were a bit off last night, and they guard hard. They got size, and they play really fast. They are a good ball team. This game last night was at Minford, and the distance from Circleville and Minford is about an hour and six minutes, so it was a decent road trip. You see, when it comes to basketball or any sport, really, the distance of away games can affect how you perform in them. Sometimes it does, and sometimes it doesn't; it's 50/50. But no, I think Circleville being at 5 is good, they could be a little lower, maybe like 7? But I think 5 fits well too.

OK, I saw the Washington Court House game. I thought Circleville was just OK that game. Washington is/played really poorly.

No doubt...not many wins to show for, but new coaching staff at Minford has those kids playing hard. Hopefully they find some wins on the schedule next few weeks*

Oakwood is a pretty good team, and from what I watched in the Washington CH and Circleville game, Circleville played great defense and pressured the Blue Lions, causing lots of mistakes. They were just the stronger, more disciplined team. I think Circleville is a pretty good squad, but I do not think they are as good as Fairfield Union this year. Fairfield Union looks really good, I think they'll end up winning the MSBL, despite losing to Logan Elm last night.

I really appreciate the feedback. I'm surprised at your comments about Fairfield Union, but you have better information at this point than I do.
