I can believe the holidays and the kids all knowing each other can even things up a bit. Maybe a couple tough shots or a couple beneficial calls and it can last all game.

Trace couldn’t buy a bucket, and Trace had more turnovers than usual.

Guthrie had an opportunity to send it to OT but went 1-2 from ft with like 6 sec left….missed the second ft trace still got the rebound and had a chance to win it.

Overall MT struggled, they took a ton of bad shots.

CH hit some big shots at big times and were the beneficiaries of some questionable calls. Trace went with a gameplan of not playing defense on Osborne and he made them pay. Good game from him.

I have watched them. They’re not bad. They will be above .500 I expect. I’ll predict 15-7 or 14-8 and you can tell me how wrong I was/am at the end of the season. Have a good night.

Not surprised by this. MT has played a few close games this season. They will lose 3-4 more throughout the season.

Washington is solid. This may jolt them to a couple of great weeks of basketball.

Losing to CH in basketball doesn’t have the same sting as it would if they lose to Chilli or Jackson…..This really isn’t a rivalry to the current kids on this team for the simple fact some have never lost to them before and that’s including youth 3rd or 4th grade….And nothing against CH, I personally want them to be good would love to see them be 2nd best in FAC….CH didn’t do anything special Trace was just off and missed a ton of easy shots….I would love to see what Trace shot from the floor….CH hung in there till the end and won….honestly CH gave the game to MT at the end and MT blew it.

and im not saying its a fact they feel that way but if you played sports and you beat a team 30 x’s in a row is it a rivalry…lol
The high school basketball program it will always be a rivalry…All i was trying to say was if you was. Sr and you played the same kids since you was in 3rd grade and never lost to them and usually won by double figures is it a rivalry?? lol….with that said good for CH…great upset vs a top 10 d3 team in the state of ohio

Must’ve been a rivalry type feeling to the CH kids I guess. Bad shooting has to give some credit to the opposition….if not then the holiday schedule certainly can play a role.

It was a weird atmosphere, CH kids was locked in without a doubt but their body language the entire game looked like they believe they wouldn’t win….till that clock went to zeros and they was standing there with that W…..I will say the CH coaches did realize a weakness in Trace armor…and that came by accident….im too much of Trace guy to release that info…lmao
