Buckeye Elite Basketball Showcase at Portsmouth HS

This Saturday 1/17 at Portsmouth HS will be the 2026 edition of the Buckeye Elite Basketball Showcase. The lineup of games looks very interesting:

11:00 Athens vs. Wheelersburg (girls)
12:30 Coal Grove vs. Eastern Pike (boys)
2:00 Crooksville vs. Notre Dame (boys)
3:30 Ironton vs. Portsmouth West (boys)
5:00 Cincinnati Shroder Academy vs. Fairland (boys)
6:30 M.V.C.A. vs. Wheelersburg (boys)
8:00 Lewis County, KY vs. Portsmouth (boys)

I checked the website and I didn't see an admission price listed, but one ticket will allow to watch all the games.

Should be a great day of basketball, and hopefully the weather will cooperate. There are several of Pfloyd's top 25 teams featured in this event.....#8 Wheelersburg, #11 Ironton, #18 Fairland, #19 Portsmouth West, and #25 Portsmouth.

Def a better deal than the one at Shawnee state, but it doesn't take a genius to figure out who runs that one! LOL

Thanks, danicalifornia, for the admission info. Definitely a bargain compared to the event at Shawnee State in December. Sorry for the duplicate thread.
