You’re 100% incorrect he did cook him dude from New Albany stuck Gage the entire 2nd half, they played man….dude for New Albany had 8points mid way through the 4th…so yes Gage cooked him in the 2nd half….he could not guard Gage….what are even talking about sorry your nephew or whatever he is got cooked by a sophomore……that dude got garbage points at the end…..with all the trash talk….New Albany is the best overall team we’ve played and beat……#21 was a baller and their big was really good….New Albany isn’t a 1 man team….Just like Trace isn’t just Guthrie.
Now you’ve gone from silly to either lying or not understanding the game. 1. There was no man-to-man. 2. He didn’t guard Bowers.3. Bowers didn’t guard Mattucci. 4. Mattucci did not get “garbage points at the end.” Did you watch the game? Just not understanding your narrative at all.
You 100% didn’t watch the game….so this convo is done….they played man 2nd 1/2…..its all good….and no Gage didn’t stick him we played zone….I was at the game and im at every Trace game……..my narrative is these smaller towns got ball players to…..All we heard all week was this D1 college New Albany kid is coming to town….theyre top10 D2 school….they beat chilli by 20, they’re going to do the same to us…..you’re the one who jumped on my thread butt hurt and taking it personal.
I only engaged because you said Bowers deserves a higher D-1 scholarship than UToledo, which is inexplicably strange. And you try to act as if Bowers scored while being guarded by Mattucci, if that's what you mean by "cooked". That didn't happen either. Originally I thought you meant "cooked" to mean he shut down Mattucci from scoring, and now I realize that's not what you meant. You are welcome to scroll through the video replay and watch Bowers score his four field goals and find out if Mattucci even guarded him on those plays. Mattucci had a bad game for him, no question. And Miami Trace played an excellent game with a superbly-executed defensive plan. Absolutely praise for all of that. You see, I have no allegiance to Mattucci in any way, or to New Albany. I'm just able to view this much more objectively than a exuberant Panther fan.
